Limited-Edition Single Origin Fresh Chocolate Anamalai, India

Single Origin Fresh Chocolate

As the signature item of this year's Christmas collection, Dandelion Chocolate presents a special limited-edition "fresh chocolate."

The cacao used comes from a farm in Anamalai, India. The small, reddish cacao beans grown alongside coconut and nutmeg trees feature a distinctive lemon-like fragrance. You can enjoy the unique cacao flavors born from a biodiverse environment.

With each bite, smooth melting texture spreads along with the region's distinctive aroma and deep flavors. This limited-quantity "fresh chocolate" is a luxurious treat only available during the holiday season. It's recommended as a gift for loved ones or for special moments at home.

New Christmas Ornament Sets

Three varieties are available.

Limited-Edition Cookie Assortment with Ginger

Cookie Assortment Ginger

A new winter-limited flavor joins the popular "Cookie Assortment." The set now includes "Gingerbread Cookies."

The "Gingerbread Cookies" feature a crumbly texture with chocolate chips and ginger powder kneaded into the dough. The spicy kick of ginger combines with the gentle sweetness of chocolate, creating a perfect flavor for winter teatime. These spice-scented limited cookies will warm both heart and body during the cold season. The assortment combines the classic "Chocolate Chip Cookies" and "Chocolate Cookies," allowing you to fully enjoy the unique characteristics and flavor differences of the ingredients.

Savor warm moments with these bites that signal the arrival of winter.

Bean to Bar Chocolate Shop's Special Stollen

Stollen

Dandelion Chocolate's luxurious stollen returns this year.

Rich chocolate dough made with Dominican Republic cacao is mixed with orange peel (yuzu peel for online store), raisins, dried figs, walnuts, and cacao nibs. The orange peel is soaked in Cointreau, raisins in rum, and dried figs in red wine with cloves, star anise, lemon peel, and cinnamon, each soaked in different liquors to bring out maximum flavor and create depth.

Additionally, the cacao nib sugar sprinkled on top beautifully enhances the aroma of the stollen as it matures day by day. Every component—dough, filling, and sugar topping—incorporates cacao elements, resulting in a truly Dandelion Chocolate flavor.

Enjoy the deepening flavors over time while waiting for Christmas to arrive.

H₂O CHOCOLATE® Mousse

H₂O Chocolate Mousse

Inspired by molecular gastronomy, this dessert uses "H₂O Chocolate Ganache" made with water instead of dairy for emulsification. By adding "water" to the chocolate, they successfully highlighted the orange-like acidity naturally present in Ugandan cacao.

Light-textured cacao nib dacquoise with crunchy chocolate crunch is topped with H₂O CHOCOLATE® ganache, wrapped in chocolate mousse, and finished with a glossy, beautiful glaze.

About Dandelion Chocolate

Founded in 2010 in San Francisco by Todd Masonis and others. After selling their jointly operated web business in 2008, Todd and friends began making chocolate in a friend's garage. Through pursuing the recreation of authentic chocolate by returning to the original manufacturing methods from over 100 years ago, they arrived at Bean to Bar chocolate.

Dandelion Chocolate visits all cacao bean producers, sometimes engaging in dialogue and negotiations about processes from fermentation to drying, before directly importing beans. Among the various methods developed through the Bean to Bar boom, they continue to pursue simple deliciousness by using only single-origin cacao beans and organic cane sugar to purely taste cacao's inherent flavors.

In February 2016, they opened their first Japan location in Kuramae, Tokyo, successfully expanding into Japan.
