Select Shop Déclic Opens New Store in Jiyugaoka on September 17

A new select shop is coming to Jiyugaoka, Tokyo. H.P.FRANCE Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo) will open Déclic Jiyugaoka store on September 17, 2026 (Thursday), inside JIYUGAOKA MUSE SQUARE, a new commercial facility opening in the neighborhood. Déclic is a select shop built around Parisian and London lifestyles, offering fashion and lifestyle items curated from across Europe under the concept "a trigger for everyday life."

A Museum of Your Own, Filled With What You Love

Déclic's Jiyugaoka store brings together a girly sensibility and playful touches, inviting visitors to enjoy discovering their own favorite finds as though wandering through a museum. The store curates fashion, jewelry, interior, and lifestyle items from Europe and beyond, offering everyday moments of delight and new discovery.

Fashion items

(Left) Knit vest ¥35,200 (tax included), top ¥23,100 (tax included), leggings ¥26,400 (tax included); (right) cardigan ¥71,500 (tax included), lace dress ¥79,200 (tax included)

A New Space Connecting the Neighborhood and Everyday Life

Jiyugaoka is a neighborhood lined with quality shops rooted in everyday life, and Déclic's concept centers on delivering "a trigger that brings color into daily life." The new store's design was built to connect these two ideas.

With around 4 meters of ceiling height, the open interior is anchored by two arches, one large and one small, placed as a symbolic feature. A kitchen-inspired counter, an apparel area evoking a personal wardrobe, and steel racks reminiscent of everyday life bring a residential feel to the space throughout, giving the shop the intimacy of visiting someone's private room rather than a typical store. The two arches, reminiscent of European streetscapes, are one of the store's signature design elements, drawing visitors toward the space that unfolds beyond them. Wandering through the store, visitors discover fashion, jewelry, interior, and lifestyle items that resonate with their own sensibilities — the design lets guests experience Déclic's "my girly museum" concept throughout the entire space.
