Saza Coffee, a specialty roaster from Hitachinaka City in Ibaraki Prefecture, recreates a blend documented as having been served to foreign diplomats by the 15th Tokugawa Shogun, Yoshinobu. Using French-style Edo-period roasted beans, the cup offers a velvety, concentrated sweetness that carries through to the last drop.
