Japan-Born Fragrance Brand ERAM Opens Pop-Up at Mori Art Museum Shop in Roppongi, Adding Fabric Posters in October

Mori Art Museum Shop (Roppongi Hills West Walk, 3F) is hosting a limited-time pop-up from ERAM, the fragrance brand by Pola Orbis Holdings Inc. (head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Kiichi Yokote), starting Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Fabric posters featuring ERAM's artwork will join the lineup from Thursday, October 1.

About ERAM

Launched in November 2024, ERAM is a Japan-born fragrance brand built around the concept of "a fragrance that lets your senses lead the way, for enjoying scent entirely on your own terms." Drawing inspiration from classical literature, its scents express universal scenery and emotions that resonate with Japanese sensibilities.

Working from the idea that our sense of smell is an intensely personal experience tied to memory and emotion, ERAM proposes encountering fragrance through sensory elements beyond scent alone, including artwork and language, so that each person can discover a scent through their own sensibility, unlike anyone else's.

What drew me to ERAM was its enigmatic presence — something that doesn't quite fit the usual definition of "perfume." Rooted in classical literature, its packaging featuring drawings and its restrained, spacious use of words invite the imagination. That quality echoes contemporary art, while also carrying a subtle sense of Japanese aesthetics. Perhaps you could call it a "perfume of fantastical wit."

Fabric Posters Arriving October 1

Starting Thursday, October 1, ERAM will offer fabric posters featuring its artwork. The initiative lets the drawing-based world that accompanies each fragrance move beyond the small surface of a perfume bottle and be enjoyed within a space instead. ERAM plans to continue expanding its brand world through senses beyond scent.
