About the Exhibition
The "Evangelion" series, which enjoys popularity both in Japan and abroad, began broadcasting the TV anime "Neon Genesis Evangelion" on October 4, 1995, and marked its 30th anniversary in 2025. This exhibition displays colorful cel animation from the TV series that has not been shown together before, along with detailed original artwork from the "Rebuild of Evangelion" films — production materials central to the series. Digital production materials used in the "Rebuild of Evangelion" films are also being exhibited for the first time. The exhibition introduces the enduring appeal of "Evangelion," still loved around the world today, through a "festival" experienced with your ears, eyes, and mind.
