Starting Tuesday, September 15, 2026, the brand's Halloween Collection goes on sale, inviting fans into a sweet and slightly mysterious New York night.
This year's theme is "Spooky Night in NY," a night in New York that makes even witches' hearts flutter.
The limited-edition designs capture a sweet, slightly uncanny Halloween evening, and three seasonal flavors join the lineup. From Halloween parties to seasonal gifts, the collection offers choices to suit every occasion.

Fat Witch New York flagship store
Founded in New York in 1998 as "Fat Witch Bakery," the brand has become a brownie specialty store that many tourists visiting New York make a point of stopping by, often described as the definitive New York souvenir.
Ribbon Foods Co., Ltd. acquired the license to manufacture and sell the brand in Japan in 2015 and began its Japan operations. It started with an online shop, then opened its Shimogamo, Kyoto shop in 2016 and its Daikanyama, Tokyo shop in 2021.
The brand brings the hospitality and New York sophistication cultivated by its New York shop to Japan, while also putting effort into developing flavors exclusive to Japan.
In October 2023, Ribbon Foods took over the brand's entire business from founder Patricia and unified the US and Japan brand names as "Fat Witch New York." The brand is now also actively taking part in pop-up events at department stores and commercial facilities, expanding opportunities for fans across the country and for more people to enjoy its brownies.
