
Lanai Island, Hawaii – Four Seasons Resort Lanai's luxury spa "Hawanawana Spa" has launched "Embody Gratitude," a new wellness program for 2026 that promotes mind-body harmony and personal growth while embracing the changing seasons.
The program is supervised by Caroline Joseph Reese, Wellness Practitioner at Hawanawana Spa, which offers diverse treatments inspired by Lanai Island's abundant nature. Under seasonal cycle themes of "Reveal" (awareness), "Release" (letting go), "Rewire" (reconstruction), and "Rise" (elevation), the program supports guests in discovering their inner light and taking action through meditation, yoga, energy work, and spa treatments.

Round-trip Transportation Benefits Between Honolulu Airport and Resort
From Honolulu to Lanai Island is just 25 minutes by luxury semi-private charter "Lanai Air." Accommodation reservations through December 31, 2026, include round-trip inter-island flights with flight schedules customizable to your itinerary, as well as transportation between airport and resort, and transfers to activities.
