GENDY (ジェンディー) will release The Premium Bitter Caramel Madeleine in limited daily quantities starting July 17, 2026 (Friday). Reservations will be accepted at the store from June 26, 2026 (Friday).
The madeleine features a house-made bitter caramel — carefully roasted and reduced — blended into a dough based on domestic unsalted butter. It is finished with vergeoise brune, Tahitian vanilla, and cinnamon for a rich, aromatic character, and elevated further with Rémy Martin cognac and Ducastaing Armagnac Napoléon for added depth and fragrance. It is described as a new "gentleman's first-class treat" from GENDY.
