This spring-limited parfait wraps the refreshing flavors of peach and strawberry in the elegant fragrance of tea.
The dessert features two types of peach ice cream — one made with red peach and one with white peach — along with Koikakomo peach pieces and strawberry dice. A fruity tea jelly with a sweet-and-tangy berry sauce is nestled within the layers, while white chocolate and custard cream add richness to the mix. A crunchy tea crumble topping provides a textural accent. The sweet, fruity aroma of peach and berries carries through from the first bite to the last.
