30th Anniversary Special Buffet - Kyushu Chefs' Journey (Held Monthly on the 30th)
From April through October, the hotel hosts special dinner buffets on the 30th of each month, totaling seven events. The 30-year history reflects the culinary journey of the chefs who have visited production sites throughout Kyushu, met with local producers, and engaged deeply with ingredients.
The highlight features a special main dish served individually to each guest. Chefs finish the final touches before guests' eyes, sharing the moment of completion in this unique anniversary presentation.
The first event on April 30 (Thursday) features "Sustainable Lobster and Natural Hamaguri Clams from Kaburitsu Fishing Port with White Wine, Karatsu Sea Urchin Sauce, and Goma Bamboo Shoots from Kitakyushu" (pictured right). Main dishes for May onward will be announced on the official website.
