Autumn Grapes Take the Lead
The afternoon tea puts autumn grapes such as Shine Muscat and Kyoho at the center of the menu, so the seasonal flavors can be enjoyed in full. While bringing out the juicy sweetness and refreshing tartness of the fruit, the menu also works in autumn ingredients such as chestnuts and mushrooms for a tea time that reflects the changing season.

Five kinds of sweets are served, each built to show off its ingredients.
- Shine Muscat Maritozzo – decorated with plenty of Shine Muscat
- Grape and Cassis Mousse Cake – pairs the sweetness of grapes with the tartness of cassis
- Shine Muscat White Nama Chocolate Tart – combines the mellow richness of white chocolate with the freshness of the fruit
- Grape and Mascarpone Verrine – fruit layered over creamy mascarpone
- Kyoho Grape Sorbet – a chilled sorbet
Savories and Main Dish
- Chestnut and Bacon Scone – tender chestnuts paired with bacon
- Prosciutto-Wrapped Cream Cheese – the saltiness of the ham with the richness of cream cheese
- Shrimp and Mushroom Tomato Cream Penne – the main dish, combining the savory flavor of shrimp with the aroma of mushrooms in a mellow sauce, with the textures of the ingredients adding accent
Ronnefeldt Free-Flow Tea Plan
For an additional charge, a free-flow plan featuring tea from Ronnefeldt, a long-established German tea brand, is also available. Guests can choose between a 60-minute and a 90-minute plan and enjoy tea selected to suit the season.
