A new limited-time course has launched at HangOut HangOver in Shinjuku, built around a tower taco topped with cascading melted cheese.
The experience starts with staff dramatically scattering potatoes and nachos across the table, followed by a towering taco presentation. Molten cheese is then poured from directly above, coating the taco and the chosen meat topping before dripping down in thick, flowing streams. The moment is billed as a perfect photo opportunity.

The full course includes seven items, with the tower taco as the centerpiece. Guests choose one of five toppings for their taco:
- Rump grill with chipotle roasted garlic
- Meatballs with puttanesca sauce
- Roasted pork with honey mustard
- Popcorn shrimp frit with BBQ mayo
- Spiced chorizo and thick-cut bacon with Cajun salsa
The remaining course items are:
- Prosciutto platter
- Coleslaw
- Giant sausage German potato salad
- Colorful pickled vegetables
- Crispy fried potatoes
- Tower taco (topping of your choice from the five listed above)
- Thick-cut pork steak with lemon butter, Jamón Serrano, and roast beef platter
Price: ¥4,000 (tax included) with a coupon from a gourmet website
A two-hour time limit applies, with last orders taken 30 minutes before the end. The course menu is subject to change based on ingredient availability.
