UmiShima Dining, the hotel's only dining facility, operates with the concept of "bounty from the rich seas and islands of the Setouchi region" and has welcomed over 110,000 guests since opening (as of January 2026).

Special Anniversary Event Details
The "1st Anniversary Dinner Buffet" features not only UmiShima Dining's popular menu items but also special dishes from Hotel GRANVIA Hiroshima's direct-operated restaurants—Japanese restaurant "Setouchi" and Chinese restaurant "Kouranyen"—located at the Shinkansen entrance across JR Hiroshima Station.
Guests can also enjoy live music by singer-songwriter "TAON," who has performed in Hotel GRANVIA Hiroshima's lobby, while dining.
This is the third dinner buffet at UmiShima Dining, following the Christmas season last year and this year's New Year celebration. The all-you-can-eat format offers a perfect opportunity for families and friends to celebrate during this season of new beginnings.

Live Performance
Performer: Singer-songwriter "TAON"
Taon graduated from Nihon University College of Art majoring in flute and completed a master's course in Art Studies at Nihon University Graduate School researching improvisation. She made her nationwide debut in 2017 with the full album "TAON" and hosts the radio program "TAON's MUSIC MASH" on FM Lupinas 86.0MHz. She currently performs lobby concerts at Hotel GRANVIA Hiroshima and appears in promotional videos.
About the 1st Anniversary Logo
Prior to the 1st anniversary, staff from both Hotel GRANVIA Hiroshima SouthGate (Hiroshima Station South Exit) and Hotel GRANVIA Hiroshima (Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit) voted on five candidate designs based on concepts submitted by hotel staff. This logo was selected through internal voting.
The number "1" in the anniversary logo is expressed through a gradient of calm sky and sea colors, representing gratitude for past patronage and the desire to continue providing stable hospitality. The "calm of the Setouchi" and radiant "brilliance" spreading outward symbolize the hotel's wish to remain a beloved establishment in the region for years to come.
