A new digital camera that doubles as a sticker printer has gone on sale in Japan. The "Haru Print" (ハルプリ), model AN-DC005, was released on May 28, 2026, by Keiyo Engineering Co., Ltd. (Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo). The device lets users snap photos and print them instantly as glossy stickers — with no ink required.
The Haru Print is designed for social gatherings: take a photo with friends or family, print it on the spot, stick it somewhere or hand it out as a keepsake. A separately sold microSD card (up to 32 GB) enables photo storage, so images can also be saved, transferred to a PC, or printed later using a standard printer. Photos stored on the card can be reprinted as stickers at any time after the fact.
The device ships with one blue and one red glossy sticker roll already included, so it can be used straight out of the box.
Glossy Sticker Printing
Photos are printed on shiny, high-gloss sticker paper. The ink-free printing process means the only consumables are the sticker rolls themselves.
Front and Rear Cameras
The camera features both an outward-facing lens and a front-facing selfie camera. Users can switch between the two using a physical button, and the 2.0-inch IPS display lets them frame selfies before shooting. Both cameras share the same 1-megapixel image sensor.
Two Print Modes
The Haru Print offers two print modes to choose from:
- Greyscale mode — the default setting, expressing images through tonal gradations.
- Dot matrix mode — renders images using dot patterns, giving photos a painterly or graphic look that works well for landscapes.
Photo Frames and Built-in Games
A selection of decorative photo frames is available for adding a fun border to prints. The device also includes simple built-in games for when there's a bit of downtime.
Receipt Paper for Test Prints
A monochrome receipt roll is also included in the box. It can be used for test prints before committing to a glossy sticker, helping to avoid wasted sticker paper.
