The lobby lounge & bar "LATTICE LOUNGE" at Hilton Kyoto is offering a "Spring Afternoon Tea" from April 7 (Tuesday) to June 19 (Friday), 2026. The menu celebrates the transition from spring to early summer, with colorful seasonal fruits taking center stage.
The pastry chef has created nine types of sweets that highlight the light acidity and clear sweetness of in-season fruits. Highlights include an "Amarena Cherry Pound Cake with Sakura Cream," a "Melon and White Chocolate Tart," and a "Honey and Apricot Mousse." Fresh blueberries, apricots, mango, and other fruits appear in a variety of forms — mousses, tarts, and fruit carpaccio — across the menu.
