With each sip, the umami of kelp gradually spreads, followed by the refreshing fragrance and acidity of plums that linger as an aftertaste. This popular beverage has been well-received as a warming drink during a rest after strolling through the plum groves or in the still slightly chilly season, warming the body from within.
