This seasonal buffet, held four times a year with different fruits as the star each time, is known to sell out quickly after reservations open. The spring 2026 edition puts strawberries in the spotlight, showcasing their sweet fragrance and gentle acidity across a wide variety of dishes.
A highlight this time is the debut of a pancake machine, letting guests enjoy freshly made pancakes on the spot. Toppings including strawberries, soft-serve ice cream, and whipped cream are available for a personalized experience. The ever-popular free-cut cake returns, where guests can slice their own preferred shape and size. A gleaming white chocolate fountain also takes center stage — dipping strawberries into it creates a photo-worthy treat.
The lineup goes beyond sweets. Savory options including scattered sushi (chirashi-zushi), pizza, pasta, and fricassee make for a satisfying lunch as well.
