Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo is launching a limited-time collaboration lunch with "Boku, Shimaenaga." — a popular SNS account with a combined total of 850,000 followers dedicated to Hokkaido's beloved native bird, the Shimaenaga (long-tailed tit). The menu, titled "Shimaenaga Lunch Summer: Like Afternoon Tea," will be available from June 17 to September 25, 2026.

The hotel has long been known as the "Shimaenaga Hotel," incorporating the charming Hokkaido wild bird into concept rooms, upcycled art exhibitions, and SDGs workshops. Since spring 2025, it has teamed up with photographer Yanagisawa Go's popular SNS account "Boku, Shimaenaga." to offer seasonal lunches celebrating the bird and Hokkaido's changing seasons. This summer edition features a vibrant marine blue theme.
The "Shimaenaga's Summer Vacation" concept invites diners to imagine the little birds floating playfully in the sea with swim rings, lounging on beach chairs soaking up the sun — a summery world sure to bring a smile. Guests can unwind in the hotel's airy, light-filled space while enjoying the adorable Shimaenaga world with friends or loved ones.
