Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima Hosts "Shine Muscat and Autumn Harvest Buffet," Serving Up More Than Just Sweets

Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima (Motomachi, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City / General Manager: Toshiyuki Muro) is holding the "Shine Muscat and Autumn Harvest Buffet" at Dining Luore on the 1st floor, featuring Shine Muscat grapes and other autumn flavors, from September 12 (Saturday) to November 9 (Monday), 2026.

Shine Muscat and Autumn Harvest Buffet spread

From Shine Muscat sweets to dishes built around autumn's flavors and freshly made items from the live kitchen, this fall-only buffet lets guests enjoy both sweets and hearty dishes. The dessert corner lineup includes 15 kinds of desserts made with seasonal fruit and autumn ingredients, such as Shine Muscat shortcake, Shine Muscat trifle, fig and nut blondie, chestnut, white chocolate, and matcha terrine, and persimmon and star anise compote and jelly.

At the live dessert station, a Shine Muscat eclair is finished right in front of guests. Two kinds of cream paired with juicy Shine Muscat grapes deliver a flavor that can only be enjoyed freshly made.

Dining Luore is known for offering more than just sweets. With autumn's flavors as the theme, the buffet also features a varied food lineup including chicken and mushroom ragout with white wine, cutlassfish and tomato cheese bake, pumpkin and mushroom dry curry, salmon confit, and rosemary-scented sauteed lamb, served with potato and polenta.

At the live kitchen, the chef grills beef teppanyaki in front of guests, alongside salmon chowder pasta served in a cheese bowl, where the richness of cheese spreads through the dish.

Dinner-only additions include shrimp peperoncino, while Saturday, Sunday, and holiday dinners add nigiri sushi to the lineup. The menu changes by day of the week and time slot, another part of the buffet's appeal.
