Dining Ruore, the 1st-floor restaurant at Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima (Motomachi, Naka-ku, Hiroshima), is set to host a special summer buffet called "Spice × Tropical: Summer Indulgent Buffet" from July 21 (Tuesday) to September 11 (Friday), 2026.

The sweets section of the buffet showcases 15 varieties of tropical desserts suited to the season, including Passion Fruit Mousse, Mango Pudding, and Peach Compote with Cinnamon. A live dessert station adds an extra highlight by preparing Freshly Made Melon Shortcake right in front of guests — combining the aroma of fresh melon with fluffy sponge and rich cream in a made-to-order experience.

On the savory side, the buffet takes spicy summer cuisine as its theme. The buffet counter offers dishes such as Tandoori Chicken, Roasted Pork with Pineapple and Cumin, Nasi Goreng, and Shrimp and Avocado with Passion Fruit Sauce. The live kitchen serves Teppanyaki Beef and Garlic Shrimp and Tomato Pizza. Dinner-only options include Pan-Seared Duck with Dukkah Spice, while Nigiri Sushi is available exclusively at weekend and holiday dinners. The lineup shifts by day and time slot, giving guests a reason to return on different occasions.
