The "Mango Passion Mountain" is a summer variation of this classic danish. Mango puree is incorporated directly into the dough, which is then baked and soaked in a specially prepared syrup combining mango and passion fruit. The result is a moist danish with a gentle tropical acidity and fragrance — a lighter seasonal take on the original that suits the warmer months.
