On the evening of check-in day, the outdoor pool "Shell Pool" opens at 6:00 PM for its night pool session. Free from the strong daytime sun, guests can enjoy a resort-like atmosphere in the cool evening breeze — a popular summer pastime, especially among women.
This year's theme is "PINK & GOLD," combining a vivid pink with a shimmering gold. The entire pool is lit up in colorful lighting, creating a photogenic setting throughout. The following day, guests can enjoy the "Afternoon Tea Set — Melon, Mango, Peach" at the Penthouse Lounge "Bay Court Café" on the hotel's top floor (24F), a menu built around the bounty of the season.
The top tier of the tea stand features Hotel New Otani's signature "Super Melon Shortcake," alongside tarts, shortcakes, and glass desserts made generously with juicy melon, ripe mango, and fragrant peach. Savory items are equally substantial, including a "Wagyu Beef Smash Burger" and a "Chilled Corn Potage," both prepared by the hotel's chefs.
Guests can pair their sweets with a free-flow selection of over ten drinks, including the seasonal leaf tea "Peach Melba," Darjeeling, and Assam, all while taking in an open view of Tokyo Bay from the top floor during a sweet, relaxed afternoon.

Valid for the night pool on the day of check-in.
Night pool hours: Open for a limited time through Tuesday, September 22 (a public holiday), 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (last entry 8:00 PM).
In the event the pool is closed on the day of the stay due to bad weather, guests receive a ¥1,000 discount per person off the room rate. This does not apply if the pool is operating as normal or after the pool ticket has already been used.
Afternoon Tea Set — Melon, Mango, Peach (served at the Penthouse Lounge "Bay Court Café")
Valid for the afternoon tea set on the day after check-in.
