Hotel Vischio Osaka Launches Stamina Meat and Summer Vegetable Italian Buffet

Hotel Vischio Osaka (Shibata 2-4-10, Kita-ku, Osaka) is running a new lunch buffet at its Italian Kitchen "Verde Cassa" from July 1 (Wednesday) through September 30 (Wednesday), 2026. The event, called "Stamina Meat Dishes and Summer Vegetables Italian Indulgence Buffet," offers an unlimited spread of bold meat dishes and vibrant seasonal vegetables.

The event aims to revive appetites during the sweltering summer months. Monthly rotating main dishes include a live-cut carved meat service and other hearty preparations, while a live kitchen prepares original pizzas (called "Vischio Pinsa") and pasta featuring summer produce.

During the Obon holiday period (August 8, Saturday through August 16, Sunday), interactive menus will be added — including Italian hand-roll sushi and brioche burgers — allowing guests of all ages to build their own creations by choosing their preferred toppings.

  • Live Kitchen: Pork belly confit à la diable, tarragon-scented onion sauce
  • Main: BBQ-style chicken wings
  • Pinsa: Summer vegetables and pancetta ortolana
  • Pasta: Lamb and mozzarella cheese with glass noodles, mapo dan dan style

August

  • Live Kitchen: Roast beef with summer vegetable salsa
  • Main: Kyo-no-mochi pork spare ribs, ginger marmalade sauce
  • Pinsa: Potato and corn keema curry pinsa
  • Pasta: Summer vegetables and chorizo aglio e olio

September

  • Live Kitchen: Three-meat chou farci
  • Main: Kyoto pork cutlet with 原了郭 black shichimi breadcrumbs, green onion miso and sansho sauce
  • Pinsa: Pork belly and mushroom samgyeopsal-style pinsa
  • Pasta: Beef tendon Japanese curry soba style

Obon Period Limited Menu (August 8–16)

Interactive dishes where guests assemble their own creations:

  • Italian Hand-Roll Sushi: Seafood, cheese, basil sauce, and other Western-style toppings to mix and match
  • Brioche Burger: Mini-size burgers assembled with patty and vegetables of your choice
  • Raw Chocolate Pie: Chocolate pen and decorating materials for a customizable sweet treat

Kids' favorites such as fried chicken and french fries are also available.

Original parfaits with toppings, freshly baked pancakes, dessert pinsa, bread pudding, ice cream, and more.

Sustainable Dining Discount

A "Sustainable Discount" is available for web reservations with entry at 2:00 PM or later — ¥800 off the adult buffet price. To help reduce food waste, no additional food refills are made after 2:30 PM, and meal time is 60 minutes up to the 3:00 PM closing.
