From September 19 (Sat) to September 27 (Sun), 2026, the hotel will offer a Silver Week-only lunch course called "Autumn Harmony."
A Five-Course Lunch Built Around Seasonal Ingredients
The "Autumn Harmony" course brings together five dishes centered on the flavors of autumn, showcasing a range of seasonal ingredients across the menu.
The course opens with roast duck and fig paired with a dill-scented sour cream sauce, followed by an appetizer of autumn bonito and eggplant terrine arranged with autumn vegetables for a seasonal splash of color. A chilled pumpkin soup follows, finished with milk foam and sweet-and-sour nuts that accentuate the soup's natural sweetness.
For the main course, a grilled Angus beef ribeye is served alongside oven-baked beltfish marinated in herbs, letting guests enjoy the contrasting appeal of meat and fish on a single plate. The meal closes with a dessert plate featuring an assortment of seasonal fruit and cake.
