For summer 2026, Tea Salon Pikake on the first floor of Tokyo Prince Hotel is serving a limited-time "Summer Fruits Afternoon Tea" from July 1 (Wed) to August 31 (Mon). The three-tiered presentation showcases the refreshing flavors and vivid colors of seasonal summer fruits — white peach, mango, and melon — across sweet and savory courses.

The afternoon tea is offered in two seatings (11:30 AM to 2:30 PM / 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM), priced at ¥6,800 per person. Reservations are required by 3:00 PM the previous day, with a maximum of five groups per seating and a three-hour time limit.

Upper Tier (Sweets)

The upper tier puts white peach in the spotlight. The White Peach Rare Cheesecake features a smooth, rich cheesecake mousse surrounding a juicy white peach jelly, shaped to resemble a peach and finished with a matcha sucre leaf. The White Peach Coconut Melba layers white peach jelly and compote over chilled coconut panna cotta, with a raspberry sauce accent and a gentle coconut aroma. The tier is rounded out by a White Peach Roll Cake — a light, fluffy roll filled with smooth white peach cream.

Middle Tier (Sweets)

The middle tier takes a tropical turn. The Mango Pudding is a silky dessert made with mango and coconut that evokes a summery, tropical feel. The Exotic Tart stacks mango and passion fruit cream in a crisp tart shell, topped with a honeybee-motif chocolate accent. The standout piece is the Melon Cream Puff — a whimsical choux pastry shaped to resemble a melon, filled with fragrant melon cream and garnished with fresh melon.

Lower Tier (Savory)

Savory Lower Tier

The savory lower tier offers a cool, refreshing contrast to the sweets. The Tropical Beef Slider pairs a simply seasoned beef patty with pineapple sweetness and tang, finished with a garlic-scented Polynesian sauce. The Melon and Cucumber Gazpacho with Mint is a chilled soup with a refreshing minty finish, garnished with dragon fruit. The Seafood Tartare with Orange combines shrimp, scallops, and squid in an orange-scented mayonnaise tartare, presented with a decorative tomato flower. The tier also includes two kinds of scones — plain and coconut-mango — served on a separate plate.
