The box brings together French savories — including a lobster open sandwich sautéed in Échiré butter from France — and a lineup of vibrant sweets spotlighting the season's freshest fruits.

1. A Garden Tea Atmosphere Filled with the Refreshing Breeze of Summer
The Afternoon Tea BOX at The Jackson Garden has been supervised by pâtissier Kondo of Patisserie Pavlov, and features a rich selection of summer ingredients.
The sweets lineup includes a mango and chocolate cake with a hint of coconut, a pineapple and banana tart with spiced aroma, a white peach compote with fresh mint jelly in a peach soup style, and panna cotta finished with grapefruit jelly and Shine Muscat — a refreshing combination that defines summer in a single bite.
On the savory side, the main feature is a lobster open sandwich sautéed in the French fermented butter "Échiré," paired with two sauces: zucchini and américaine. The rich depth of the américaine sauce intertwines with the brightness of the zucchini, creating a luxurious bite. Rounding out the savory selection are a beef and perilla tartare with perilla jelly and lemon coulis topped with caviar, a cold corn potage, and a paprika mousse and edamame cream cheese tart with tomato jelly glacé.

Inspired by the non-alcoholic image of the lychee liqueur "DITA Asia" — said to have been beloved by Yang Guifei — this mocktail offers an elegant, exotic taste that makes the summer heat fade away.
