JB's TOKYO, a craft burger restaurant built on a "100% handmade" philosophy, is opening a new location inside Seven Park Ario Kashiwa in Kashiwa City, Chiba on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. This marks the brand's first store in Chiba Prefecture and its sixth location overall.
JB's TOKYO Seven Park Ario Kashiwa
The Yoyogi flagship store has earned recognition on the Tabelog Hyakumeiten (Top 100 Restaurants) list in both 2024 and 2026, making JB's TOKYO one of the more consistently acclaimed burger spots in Tokyo. The new Kashiwa location brings that same approach to Chiba for the first time.

The store is themed around a "park hamburger stall," with interior graffiti art created by artist Kazuya Maiki. The space blends a street-style atmosphere with the Shibuya-originated character of the brand.
Burgers are available from ¥500, using the same recipes as the flagship store. The restaurant has 52 seats.

Opening Campaign: Free Homemade Bread

What Makes JB's TOKYO Different

JB's TOKYO operates under two core principles — "100% handmade" and "100% made-to-order" — a setup described as exceptionally rare in the fast-food burger category worldwide.
Housemade buns: Baked entirely in-store from Hokkaido wheat and butter using an original recipe. The square loaf shape is what gives the burgers their distinctive look that has spread widely on social media.
Housemade sauces: Aurora sauce, soy milk mayonnaise, and pickles are all made in-house, with an emphasis on flavors suitable for all ages.
Smash patties: A 100% coarse-ground beef patty with no binders is pressed onto a hot iron plate using the "smash" technique, creating a crispy exterior and juicy interior.
Accessible pricing: Despite the full scratch-made approach, burgers start from ¥500. Cost efficiencies through in-house production and reduced food waste help the brand maintain both quality and price.
The Kashiwa store is operated in collaboration with Royal Contract Service Co., Ltd. (part of the Royal Group), continuing the partnership that launched the Ebina Service Area location.
