In addition to yakitori, the menu features offal hot pot, chicken hot pot, and sashimi — all included in the all-you-can-eat plan. Located about a 4-minute walk from Chiba Station South Exit, the restaurant offers a fresh take on all-you-can-eat dining centered on authentic grilled skewers.
A New All-You-Can-Eat Format Built Around Authentic Yakitori

Osusumeya Chiba has maintained its value-focused all-you-can-eat concept while revamping the menu to appeal to a wider audience, including food enthusiasts and older generations, by centering the lineup on yakitori.
Careful temperature control during grilling is used to draw out the natural flavor of each ingredient, achieving both the craftsmanship of a yakitori specialist and the fun of all-you-can-eat dining.

Among the new additions, the Specialty Pork Tongue Skewer stands out — each piece is hand-prepared, delivering a satisfying crunch with a rich, deepening flavor. The classic chicken thigh skewer offers plump, tender meat with savory fat, a crowd-pleasing staple that suits all tastes.

Alongside the yakitori, the full menu of 120 items includes sashimi, hot pot, fried dishes, rice dishes, salad, and dessert — all covered in the all-you-can-eat plan.
Three hot pot options are available: Luxurious Mentaiko Offal Hot Pot, Hakata Offal Hot Pot, and Chicken Hot Pot. Broth comes in two styles: light soy sauce or rich chicken paitan. Sashimi, including straw-seared bonito (katsuo tataki), is also part of the all-you-can-eat selection and can be enjoyed alongside the yakitori for a varied dining experience.
The drink plan covers 70 varieties. There are no table charges or otoshi fees. Everything is available in the all-inclusive plan for ¥2,750 (tax included).
