The Original Warming Massage Method
- Apply the Hot Gel Pack over the whole face. Use it on clean skin after washing the face. Spread the gel over the palms and repeatedly press it gently against the face as if wrapping it. A pleasant warmth is gradually felt.
- Move upward along the facial line. Form a V with the thumb and index finger and place it on the tip of the chin. Gently slide five times upward along the facial line.
- Slide from the eyes to the temples. Place the side of the index finger on the skin and gently slide diagonally upward from the eyes toward the temples about five times.
- Slide the forehead upward. Using the middle three fingers, slide from between the eyebrows up to the hairline. After moving upward across the whole forehead about five times, place the fingers on the temples and move them gently in circles.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. After leaving the pack on for 3 to 5 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water. Rinse until no slippery feel remains, then finish with toner, emulsion or similar products.
