Kakiya Kodaharu in Shimbashi, Tokyo has renewed its premium all-you-can-drink course as of April 27, 2026 (Monday). The updated lineup centers on rare and sought-after sake labels — including Juyondai, Hiroki, and Denshu — which are rarely available at restaurants, let alone included in a set drinking course.
Premium All-You-Can-Drink: Overview
¥4,200 per person (tax included)
¥3,300 per person when added to a course (tax included)

Sake Lineup
Juyondai (up to half a go [approx. 90 mL] per person)
Produced by Takagi Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture, Juyondai is one of Japan's most coveted sake labels. It commands premium prices and is extremely difficult to find — even at specialty restaurants. Having it available as part of an all-you-can-drink course is what makes this offering particularly notable for sake enthusiasts.
Hiroki
Made by Hiroki Brewery in Fukushima Prefecture, Hiroki has a devoted following among sake fans across Japan. Known for its well-balanced profile, it is often described as a natural match for Japanese food. Stock typically sells out quickly wherever it is available.
Denshu
From Nishida Brewery in Aomori Prefecture, Denshu is a pure rice sake with a reputation for careful craftsmanship. Among experienced sake drinkers, the name alone is enough to turn heads.
The full sake lineup includes over 32 varieties:
Kamikawa Tokachi (Junmai) / Mutsu Hassen (Ginjo) / Ippaku Suisei (Junmai Ginjo) / Yukino Bijin (Junmai Ginjo) / Jokigen (Junmai) / Kudoki Jozu (Junmai Ginjo) / Atago no Matsu (Honjozo) / Katsuyama (Tokubetsu Junmai) / Niida Shizenshu (Junmai) / Morishima (Junmai Ginjo) / Senkin (Junmai) / Kamikame (Junmai) / Sawa no Hana (Junmai Ginjo) / Gagakudai (Junmai) / Tengumai (Yamahai Junmai) / Kaiun (Tokubetsu Junmai) / Tsukuru (Junmai) / KID (Junmai Daiginjo) / Saika (Junmai Ginjo) / Taketsuru (Nigori) / Kamokinshuu (Tokubetsu Junmai) / Houken (Junmai) / Toyo Bijin (Junmai Ginjo) / Taka (Tokubetsu Junmai) / Aki Tora (Junmai) / Mii no Kotobuki (Junmai Ginjo) / Furu Imari (Junmai) / Denshu (Tokubetsu Junmai) / Hiroki (Tokubetsu Junmai) / Sawanoi (Honjozo) / Daily Rotating Sake / Juyondai (up to half a go per person)
Standard drinks — including draft beer, sour cocktails, and highballs — are also included.
Pairing With Oysters
Each sake in the lineup pairs well with the restaurant's oysters, and staff can suggest specific combinations on request. Kakiya Kodaharu's oysters are sourced from trusted suppliers, with freshness and safety managed year-round. The menu reflects whatever oysters are at their best for the season.
