The popular Katsushika Food Festa will take place at Shinkoiwa Park in Tokyo this November, bringing together 39 local restaurants for a two-day culinary celebration. The event, which drew approximately 83,000 visitors last year, features Japanese TV personality LiLiCo as this year's official PR ambassador.
