Keio Plaza Hotel Hachioji Marks 32nd Anniversary with Autumn Gourmet Fair Across All Restaurants

Keio Plaza Hotel Hachioji (located in Hachioji, Tokyo; General Manager: Yudai Tokunaga) is marking its 32nd anniversary on September 9 (Wednesday). In gratitude for guests' continued patronage, the hotel is bringing heartfelt hospitality and culinary craft together in special menus built around autumn's bounty, served across every restaurant and lounge in the hotel.

Restaurant Le Clair

Loved by many guests since opening — including two- and three-generation family gatherings, groups of friends, and companies holding private events — Restaurant Le Clair serves its popular roast beef and pasta finished right in front of guests from a lively open kitchen, where the rising aromas and sounds add to the atmosphere. The buffet spread also features dishes such as Pacific saury marinade, salmon and avocado verrine, and bacon and mushroom ajillo, each bringing out autumn's characteristic depth through aroma, color, and texture in a season of abundance and harvest. For dessert, an assortment of specialty sweets from the hotel's pastry chefs will also be available, evoking autumn's bounty with choices such as pear shortcake, marron tiramisu, and grape jelly.

With September and October bringing many long weekends, dinner-only dishes — including a rock-salt-grilled shrimp tasting, a seafood rice bowl, and beef steak — are being added to satisfy autumn appetites through the long evenings. During Silver Week (September 18-22), a dinner-only Tokyo wagyu yaki-shabu (one serving per guest) will also be featured. On October 30 (Friday) and 31 (Saturday), part of the menu will be arranged for a "Halloween Night," with a candy gift for children as well.

At Miyama, a kaiseki course lets guests savor autumn's bounty, including matsutake mushroom, Pacific saury, and Tokyo wagyu. At Yamanami, a teppanyaki course finished course by course in front of guests, from appetizer through dessert, lets diners enjoy the full experience up close. At Hachiichi, each piece of sushi showcases quality ingredients and the chef's craftsmanship.

The restaurant has also prepared its own seasonal mooncakes, adding a festive touch to the table as a menu for the Mid-Autumn Festival, the traditional Chinese holiday celebrating family reunion and giving thanks for the harvest.
