A Weeping Cherry Blossom Photo Spot and Spring-Limited Sakura Breads & Sweets at Kobe Portopia Hotel

For the spring season through April 19, 2026, Kobe Portopia Hotel (Chuo-ku, Kobe) has set up a cherry blossom photo spot in the main lobby on the 1st floor of the main building. This year's display features weeping cherry trees placed on both sides, creating an arch-like effect for visitors to walk beneath. Elegant art flower cherry blossoms are softly illuminated by lantern-style lights, evoking the gentle atmosphere of spring. A wooden bench is placed beneath the weeping cherry blossoms, making for a picturesque spot to capture memories with family, friends, and loved ones to mark graduations, new beginnings, and other milestone moments.

Just past the photo spot, the hotel's bakery and pastry shop "Délicatesse à la Maison" is offering two types of sakura breads and two types of sakura sweets through April 30, 2026.
