Konica Minolta Planetaria Tokyo in Yurakucho is releasing original goods and an original cafe menu so visitors can further enjoy the world of "Shigeru Mizuki's Yokai Summer Festival 88 Mysterious Constellations," running July 17 (Fri) to August 31 (Mon), 2026. Be sure to enjoy them alongside the event.
Limited Goods to Keep Your Favorite Yokai Close By
Shigeru Mizuki's humorous and endearing yokai have been turned into original goods available only for this event. The lineup includes "Yokai Omikuji" fortune slips that guide you, "Eerie Can Badges" featuring yokai transformed into constellations, and postcards showing the event's main visual design — items to enjoy alongside the event itself.
Why not pick one up as a memento of your visit?
Goods Lineup
- Yokai Omikuji: ¥200 (tax included) per draw
- Yokai Summer Festival Eerie Can Badges (8 types in total, random): ¥350 (tax included) each
- Yokai Summer Festival Postcard: ¥350 (tax included)

Kitaro, Medama Oyaji, Nezumi Otoko, and more — a lineup of festival food and drinks inspired by these popular characters is now available. They are sold at a special-event space that visitors can stop by even without an event ticket. While enjoying these items, guests can also take photos with the DOME1 footage and photo panels.
Enjoy the yokai's summer festival menu that colors the event.

Shigeru Mizuki's Yokai Meets the Planetarium — An "Uncanny World"
What Is "Shigeru Mizuki's Yokai Summer Festival 88 Mysterious Constellations"?
Shigeru Mizuki spent his career depicting yokai from Japan and around the world, and his imaginative universe continues to captivate audiences today.
This event brings that world of Shigeru Mizuki's yokai together with the unique space of a planetarium, which projects a starlit sky.
Inside the dome, all 88 constellations floating in the night sky transform into "yokai constellations" — a little eerie, a little endearing. Visitors can also enjoy special footage offering an immersive experience unique to a planetarium, as if stepping directly into the yokai's world, along with festival game stalls given a yokai makeover.
From "a place to view the stars" to "an uncanny world" — enjoy this special experience, available only this summer, at Konica Minolta Planetaria Tokyo, where the line between reality and fantasy blurs.
