This collaboration with the café restaurant, known for its seasonal fruit sweets, brings back a "Kingyo Kakigori" (Goldfish Shaved Ice) available only through this Art Aquarium Museum plan. The special ticket bundles the Kingyo Kakigori at THE HOUSE K.MINAMOTO with admission to ART AQUARIUM MUSEUM GINZA.
Cool off from the summer heat with the museum's goldfish art, then enjoy the limited-edition shaved ice for a refreshing outing in Ginza.
Collaboration-Exclusive Menu: Kingyo Kakigori (Goldfish Shaved Ice)
A refreshing kakigori drizzled with a special yuzu-honey syrup. An adorable goldfish made of yokan (sweet bean jelly) floats on top, giving the dessert a cool, charming look. About Art Aquarium
Art Aquarium is an immersive entertainment art experience in which aquarium works featuring swimming goldfish are staged with light, fragrance, and sound. It brings the Edo-period tradition of goldfish appreciation to life as a contemporary art form, set within a space shaped by each tank's artistic design, staging, and the varied beauty of the goldfish themselves.
Since its inception in Tokyo in 2007, the exhibition has been held as a limited-time event in various locations across Japan, with its Tokyo summer run becoming an established seasonal fixture. The first permanent museum opened in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, in August 2020; it later relocated to Ginza (8th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi New Building, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) in May 2022, where it continues to operate today. Cumulative attendance since 2007 has reached 13 million visitors (as of October 2025).
