Kyoshikibu rice

Kyoshikibu

Beyond deliciousness, rice approved by established restaurants.

"Kyoshikibu" was developed as Kyoto's original rice variety.

During development, taste tests were repeatedly conducted involving Kyoto culinary professionals and rice masters, carefully selecting rice that met their standards. Based on Kyoto-produced Koshihikari, the goal was creating delicious rice with superior taste and aroma.

The strong desire to create rice that withstands high summer temperatures and is robust against lodging led to its creation.

"Kyoshikibu," pursuing one step beyond deliciousness, is Kyoto's new brand rice approved by established restaurants.

Official "Kyoshikibu" website: https://kyoto-kome.net/

Available in 15-piece packages for 1,480 yen and 24-piece packages for 2,100 yen (excluding tax), this confection is perfect as a Kyoto souvenir, gift, or household snack, offering the refined taste created by Kyoto's premium ingredients.
