Following positive feedback from guests enjoying the breakfast bread at Hotel La Suite Kobe Harborland, with many requests to "take it home," the direct-operated sweets and bakery opened in Kobe's Kitano district in 2012. The hotel-made bread, with its rich flavor created using natural yeast fermented in-house and carefully selected local ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture (milk, eggs, etc.) alongside premium ingredients from around the world, has become hugely popular.
