Licca-chan's ON/OFF Exhibition (リカちゃんのON/OFF展) will be held at the 7th Floor Hall of Daimaru Sapporo from December 2, 2026 (Wednesday) to December 25 (Friday).
Sometimes you enjoy your "ideal self," and sometimes you comfort your "real self."
Through a display of Licca-chan, who changes not only her clothes and makeup but also her mood, the exhibition invites visitors to relate to the "ON" and "OFF" sides that everyone living in modern society has, and to enjoy true-to-life "relatable moments."
In a collaboration exhibit with the popular creator 現実を生きるリカちゃん, everyday moments that make visitors think "This happens to me too" or "This is exactly me...!" are recreated around three situations: Work, Private Life, and Romance.
All exhibits can be photographed. Visitors can enjoy Licca-chan's cute and true-to-life world, crafted down to the finest details, with photos and videos.

Licca-chan, Loved Across Generations
Since her release in 1967, Licca-chan has been loved across generations while taking in the fashion and lifestyles of each era. Today she is also supported by adults who played with her as children, and a way of enjoying her called "#リカ活" (Rika-katsu) has spread mainly on social media. "#リカ活" refers to all the ways adults enjoy Licca-chan, such as coordinating outfits, making clothes, taking photos, and posting to social media.
Through Licca-chan freely switching between "ON" and "OFF" and enjoying time that feels like her own, the exhibition expresses a modern lifestyle that values both work and private life. Because you enjoy OFF, you can do your best at ON. That is the positive message the exhibition delivers.

Highlights
The venue depicts everyday scenes that almost everyone has experienced, such as Licca-chan in ON mode working stylishly in a sparkling office, and Licca-chan in OFF mode relaxing in sweats while working from home. The collaboration exhibit features the popular creator 現実を生きるリカちゃん, who portrays the "reality" of people today, including work, romance, and how they deal with social media, with sharp observation and humor. Look out for Licca-chan's realistic expressions and daily life, which go beyond simply being cute. All exhibits in the venue can be photographed and filmed. In addition, original stickers are given to visitors who hold an admission ticket.
