Available exclusively at Don Quijote group stores, Apita, and Piago locations nationwide, the collaboration goes on sale from Friday, March 13, 2026, in limited quantities.
The design features a suntanned Hello Kitty enjoying a carefree vacation — a fun and cheerful motif that sets these apart from everyday eyeliner packaging.
The liquid eyeliner itself uses Love Liner's signature 0.1mm ultra-fine brush tip, which allows for both thin precision lines and bolder strokes. The formula is waterproof against water, sweat, and tears, as well as smudge-proof against sebum and rubbing — yet it removes easily with warm water.
