Madhappy Tokyo, the flagship store of the brand madhappy in Harajuku, Tokyo, will hold an anniversary event to celebrate its first year since opening. The event is organized by Madhappy Japan.
Along with the release of a Tokyo-exclusive collection, the event offers a limited 1st anniversary drink at Pantry by madhappy, book curation by Hi Bridge Books and special guests, and custom embroidery by embroidery artist Enzo.
The event is held as a thank-you to the community of people who have spent time with the brand, and it offers a special experience in which visitors can share the positive time that is unique to madhappy.
Pantry by madhappy 1st Anniversary Limited Special Drink

Price: ¥990 (tax included)
The limited drink for the anniversary is an anniversary latte inspired by a strawberry shortcake.
The gentle sweetness of vanilla and strawberry is layered with the mellow taste of milk and the pleasant bitterness of espresso. It offers dessert-like satisfaction while remaining a coffee that can be enjoyed to the last sip.
Book Curation on the Theme "LOCAL OPTIMIST"
Under the theme "LOCAL OPTIMIST," which is madhappy's philosophy, books selected from their own perspectives will be on display. The selectors are 髙橋優香, owner of the Yoyogi-Hachiman bookstore Hi Bridge Books, along with haru., Mayuri, and Nana Momosaka (桃坂ナナ).
Through chance encounters with books, the display aims to give each visitor an opportunity to think about their own "Optimism" and about "living positively." Rather than explaining "LOCAL OPTIMIST" in words, it aims to be a place where visitors can discover its meaning for themselves through encounters with books.
