Matsuya's Special Oyster Sauce for a Satisfying Meal
From February 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the "Beef and Oyster Stir-Fried with Oyster Sauce Set Meal" will be available at Matsuya restaurants. The dish combines Matsuya's signature beef yakiniku with plump, richly flavored oysters known as "the milk of the sea." These premium ingredients are generously coated in Matsuya's special oyster sauce, which delivers a balance of sweetness, richness, and umami that pairs perfectly with rice. As with all Matsuya set meals, large and extra-large rice portions are free. Customers can also enjoy the dish donburi-style by placing the stir-fry over their rice. This is a great opportunity to try Matsuya's latest creation.
