Lounge South Court, located on the 20th floor of Odakyu Hotel Century Southern Tower (Yoyogi, Shibuya, Tokyo), will hold a limited-time "Melon Sweets Fair" from May 1 (Friday) to June 30 (Tuesday), 2026. The event brings together five melon-themed desserts crafted with the luscious, sweet flavors of early summer melon.
Whole Melon Sundae – served inside a half-melon shell
This is the second time the hotel has hosted a melon fair, following its popular debut run in May and June last year. Returning to the lineup is the photogenic Whole Melon Sundae, which uses an actual melon half as the bowl. New and returning items include:
- Melon Parfait – Light and refreshing, highlighting the melon's natural fragrance and sweetness
- Fluffy Melon Roll Cake – A soft rolled sponge cake with a delicate melon-scented cream filling
- Melon Pudding à la Mode – A classic firm-set pudding topped with colorful melon
- Melon Sweets Collection – A sampler plate letting guests enjoy multiple melon dessert styles at once
Each dessert showcases the juicy freshness and gentle sweetness of melon in a different way.
In addition to the five sweets, the lounge also offers a Melon Afternoon Tea set (available through August 31), along with optional drinks including a refreshing mocktail and two varieties of cold floats.
