The "Afternoon Tea Set – Shine Muscat & Peach" brings Shine Muscat into a range of sweet and savory bites. The lineup includes a rare cheese made with juice from Shine Muscat blended whole, along with a raisin sandwich, petit tart, and other sweets built around the grape. Peach-based sweets such as mousse, gateau, and pavlova round out the selection, and Shine Muscat also appears in the savory items for a contrast of sweetness and saltiness.

Chinese Restaurant 梨杏: Chinese Afternoon Tea Set – Shine Muscat

Chinese Restaurant 梨杏 brings Shine Muscat into a Chinese-style afternoon tea. The lineup includes a mini parfait layering almond tofu, lychee jelly, and yogurt cream with an osmanthus wine jelly, and a fresh mooncake with a chewy dough wrapped around white bean paste kneaded with Shine Muscat flesh, alongside other sweets built around the grape.
Dim sum and other dishes are served as well, including a char siu burger, flower-shaped steamed dumplings, and a corn soup with shark fin. The set brings together sweets and Chinese cuisine in one afternoon tea, distinct to 梨杏.

A non-alcoholic cocktail built around the rich aroma and elegant sweetness of Shine Muscat, layered with fresh cream so the grape and the cream's gentle sweetness combine into something reminiscent of a shortcake.

All-Day Dining Pergola: Buffet Desserts
From August 22 (Sat) through September 27 (Sun), two Shine Muscat sweets join the dessert buffet at All-Day Dining Pergola, including a shortcake made with Fuji spring water eggs and a panna cotta made with Shizuoka milk, both built around the seasonal grape.
Starting September 1 (Tue), the buffet also introduces an autumn-themed lineup, adding desserts such as a chestnut pound cake made with domestic chestnuts and a cheesecake topped with apple, alongside the continuing Shine Muscat sweets.

Shine Muscat Stay Plan

The "Shine Muscat Stay Plan" is a hotel stay built around Shine Muscat throughout. At breakfast, a Morning Muscat Dessert is served at the table in addition to the buffet menu.
The plan also includes a Shine Muscat cocktail at Main Bar Estmare and a 10% discount on takeout cakes from Lobby Lounge Scenery.
