Morinaga Seika's antenna shop "Morinaga no Okashina Okashi-ya-san" (Morinaga's Funny Candy Store), located on the basement floor of Tokyo Okashi Land inside Tokyo Station Ichiban-gai, is adding a new entry to its seasonal sparkling drink lineup. The "4-Flavor Fruit Mix Soda," which uses the popular Ice Box, goes on sale Monday, July 6, as a summer-limited offering.
The new drink combines the icy, crystalline texture of Ice Box with summery tropical fruit flavors such as pineapple and kiwi, resulting in a colorful carbonated beverage well-suited for hot summer days. The store also carries exclusive Tokyo souvenirs perfect for summer gifting — "Matsuri Hi-Chew" ranks as the top recommended summer Tokyo souvenir, and "Milk Caramel Florentine" is another store-exclusive pick.
Morinaga's Funny Candy Store — Tokyo Station
"Morinaga no Okashina Okashi-ya-san" opened in April 2012 as Morinaga Seika's antenna shop inside Tokyo Okashi Land, and underwent a full renewal in December 2022. Built around the concept of "fun to buy, delicious to eat," the shop offers Morinaga brand sweets exclusive to the antenna shop — including special Choco Ball and Hi-Chew varieties — alongside freshly made items prepared in an in-store kitchen. Fan favorites include Fresh-Baked Moonlight Cookies (approximately four times the standard size) and Long 小枝 Churros that stretch about 40 cm.
The Long 小枝 Churros have attracted widespread attention on social media and remain a draw exclusive to this location.
