Nikka Home Co., Ltd., headquartered in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, has opened Morph Mosaic, a new pop-up service inside Oasis 21 that makes costume rental and full-fledged photo shoots easy to enjoy. The pop-up store will be open at Oasis 21 through December.
Every year around Halloween, Nagoya's Sakae district fills with people enjoying costumes and cosplay.
At the same time, many people may feel that a full costume is a bit of a hurdle, or that they own a costume but have nowhere nice to shoot photos in it.

At Morph Mosaic, alongside costume rental,
no reservation is needed, so you can casually enjoy dressing up and taking photos!
You're welcome to bring your own costume or outfit and freely shoot photos and videos in the in-store photo booth.
A changing room and instant photo (cheki) shoots are also available, so you can use the shop for anything from getting changed to Halloween photography.
Pricing
- Photo booth: ¥1,000 (tax included) per group, 15 minutes
- Changing room: ¥300 (tax included) per person, 15 minutes
- Instant photo (cheki): ¥1,000 (tax included) per shot
Morph Mosaic's Appeal: Costume Rental Made Easy

The shop stocks a range of costume genres, including school uniforms, traditional Japanese wear, idol-style outfits, and dresses.
Even first-timers can casually try on a costume.
A Self-Service Photo Booth That Covers Everything, Including the Shoot

A photo space is set up where guests can freely shoot photos on the spot while still wearing their rented costume.
It's also great for photos and videos for social media, or for creating travel memories.
Great for Fan Culture, Concert Trips, and Sightseeing Too
Beyond Halloween, the shop is designed for a variety of uses, including commemorative photos before or after concerts, memory-making with friends, and Japanese culture experiences for visitors from overseas.
A Great Location: Oasis 21
Located in central Nagoya, the shop also offers good access to the Osu shopping street and the Sakae area, making it easy to stop by alongside sightseeing.

Why It Was Created
In recent years, more people have come to see value in the experience of taking photos itself, driven by the spread of fan culture (oshikatsu) and social media.
Nagoya has also been drawing attention from Japan and abroad as one of the country's leading pop culture hubs, exemplified by events like the World Cosplay Summit.
Wanting to create a place where anyone can casually enjoy pop culture year-round, not just during event periods, Nikka Home opened Morph Mosaic.
What's Next
Morph Mosaic aims to grow into a hub where a wide range of cultures intersect — not just Halloween, but fan culture, idol concerts, anime events, sightseeing, Japanese culture experiences, and social-media photo spots.
Going forward, the shop plans to introduce seasonal costumes, special events, and new photo sets, aiming to become a destination people want to visit when they come to Nagoya.
