The "Kouyouen Beer Garden," held on the grounds of the Nagoya Beer Garden Kouyouen (名古屋ビール園 浩養園) in Chikusa, Nagoya, is set to open on Friday, April 24, 2026. The venue marks its 95th anniversary in June of this year and has long been considered one of the city's quintessential summer traditions, drawing nearby office workers, families, and tourists to enjoy barbecue and draft beer in a tree-lined garden.
All-You-Can-Eat BBQ and 5 Types of Draft Beer: The Beer Garden Course
The "Beer Garden Course" includes an all-you-can-eat spread featuring Jingisukan (Mongolian-style grilled mutton), a variety of other meats and vegetables, plus snacks and side dishes. On the drinks side, five types of draft beer are available as part of the all-you-can-drink plan: Sapporo Draft Beer Black Label, Yebisu Beer, Yebisu Premium Black, Kohaku Yebisu Premium Amber, and SORACHI 1984. Other alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beer, and soft drinks are also included.
For an additional ¥700 (tax included), guests can upgrade to add three types of craft beer brewed at the Kouyouen on-site brewery: Golden Ale, Weizen, and IPL (India Pale Lager).

Guests who follow the official Kouyouen LINE account can receive a coupon distributed on the opening day of April 24 (Friday). The coupon offers a special 95th anniversary price of ¥3,950 (tax included) per adult — down from the regular ¥5,000 (tax included) — valid for weekdays (Monday to Thursday) through June 30 (Tuesday), for reservations made by the day before the visit. (Public holidays on April 29 and May 4 to 6 are excluded.)
