A one-night bon odori event is coming to Meieki Parklet in Nagoya on July 10. The event, which was a huge success at the same venue last summer, returns this year as a special one-night-only celebration of summer in Nagoya. The festivities are open to both locals and visitors to the Nagoya Station area.

One-Night Bon Odori (5:30 PM to 8:00 PM)
Nagoya City Mayor Hirozawa is also set to participate in the dancing.
Guests are invited to join an authentic bon odori around the yagura tower. The sound of traditional ondo music filling the evening air around Nagoya Station creates a festive atmosphere for people of all generations to enjoy together.
Food Trucks (5:30 PM to 9:00 PM)
A variety of food trucks will be on-site throughout the evening, with something for both adults and children.

Menu: Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)

Menu: Takoyaki (octopus balls)

Additional Information
- 5,000 original uchiwa (hand fans) will be distributed at the venue on the day of the event, along with a limited number of cyalume bracelets to light up the Nagoya night.
- A limited number of free drinks will be given to bon odori participants.
- Admission is free.
- The event may be canceled in the event of bad weather. Cancellation notices will be posted on the official website.
