From Monday, November 16, 2026, to Sunday, February 28, 2027, the Sky Deck, the indoor observation deck 90 m above ground at Chubu Electric Power MIRAI TOWER in Nagoya, Aichi, hosts the winter illumination event NAKED Sky STAR ILLUMINATION (NAKED 天空の STAR ILLUMINATION) Chubu Electric Power MIRAI TOWER. The tower is operated by Nagoya Television Tower Co., Ltd. (名古屋テレビ塔株式会社).
Nagoya's Night View Becomes a Champagne-Gold Winter Starry Sky
The event returns this year after being well received last year. The observation floor, which looks out over the city of Nagoya, is transformed into a champagne-gold "winter starry sky" in a fantastical light art experience. This year, in addition to a projection mapping show that fills the windows, the interactive content Winter Constellation Collection (冬の星座図鑑) makes its debut, letting visitors look for winter constellations.
The experience is designed for winter evenings with a partner, outings with family or friends, and sightseeing in Nagoya, and it can be enjoyed in each visitor's own style regardless of generation.
Highlights
Projection Mapping Show & Immersive Star Illumination

Constellations and shooting stars appear one after another against the backdrop of Nagoya's night view in this projection mapping show. Illumination spreads across the ceiling as if stars were falling from the sky, and the visuals and lights work together to fill the entire observation floor with a champagne-gold glow.
New This Year: Winter Constellation Collection

When visitors stand at designated spots, winter constellations softly appear in front of them. It is an interactive experience in which visitors can enjoy encountering constellations against the backdrop of Nagoya's night view.
Lunar Glow Bench

This photo spot features a crescent moon bench (三日月ベンチ) that makes it look as if you are floating in the night view, so visitors can take a fantastical photo.
