Namikinomachi Coffee (並木街珈琲) is set to open its first location in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. The new "Oita Beppu" outlet marks the chain's debut in this popular hot spring tourist city, where it aims to serve as a relaxing spot for both local residents and visitors.
Ahead of the grand opening, an opening ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 15 starting at 10:00 AM, followed by a pre-opening from 11:00 AM. The cafe will also hold a pre-opening on March 16.
A New York Manhattan-Inspired Interior
The Beppu location sets itself apart from other branches with an interior concept inspired by New York City's Manhattan. The cafe is divided into nine themed seating areas, including "Central Park," "Garden Square," "Broadway," "East Side," "West Side," and "Soho."
The location also features a special area exclusive to this branch: "Tsurumi Island," a seating zone offering views of Mt. Tsurumi.

Fluffy Pancake — ¥890 (tax included: ¥979)
The signature pancake is Namikinomachi Coffee's most popular menu item. Each order is made fresh from meringue that is whipped and cooked one pancake at a time, resulting in an airy, melt-in-your-mouth texture topped with softly melting whipped cream. Note that preparation takes a little time.
Specialty Coffee (Blend / American / Santos No. 2) — ¥530 (tax included: ¥583)
Each cup is brewed individually using the nel drip method, producing a smooth and rich flavor. The coffee beans are shipped directly from the roastery at peak freshness. A generous serving size means you can enjoy every last drop.
Food Menu
The kitchen serves meals throughout the day, from a weekend and holiday morning menu through to dinner. Options include fresh pasta, fluffy omurice, juicy hamburger steak, and salads. The photo shows the "Namikinomachi-style Shaliapen Hamburger Steak" at ¥1,390 (tax included: ¥1,529). Rice can be substituted with bread upon request (sixteen-grain rice is used as standard).
