Conventional sheet metal punching required drilling pilot holes beforehand, preventing immediate processing. Hand nibblers caused hand fatigue and diminished concentration with repeated use.
The desktop manual punch press "GOIGOI" was created to overturn these limitations. It enables immediate hole punching without electricity or pilot holes. Sheet metal cutting became as smooth as using a can opener.

Immediate Punching Without Pilot Holes
"GOIGOI2" enables free hole punching and follow-up punching simply by setting the material and lowering the handle. No need to pre-drill pilot holes for the blade. Once you envision the shape you want to create, you can start processing immediately.
Light Force for Comfortable Processing
The toggle link mechanism generates large force from minimal effort, enabling light-touch sheet metal punching. The handle angle and length have been redesigned from the previous model for comfortable desktop operation. Punching 1mm thick aluminum requires approximately 3.5kg of force, reducing work burden and maintaining comfortable processing.
Unique Design Enables Smooth Follow-Up Punching
The two-stage punch is registered as a utility model. Registration number: Utility Model Application 2015-005572
Features uniquely developed two-stage punch and die construction. The first blade punches the material, then uses it as a guide for the second blade's follow-up punch, enabling continuous punching as easily as using a can opener. The stripper shape has been refined to suppress material catching, achieving smooth follow-up punching.
Process Freely Regardless of Material Shape
The C-shaped frame provides larger throat depth than before, expanding the processing range for L-shaped materials. Flexibly handles various shapes and processing conditions, including additional work on box-shaped cases and punching in recessed positions.
High-Durability Link Mechanism for Demanding Materials

The link mechanism uses double-sided support structure to reliably handle punching forces. U-shaped sheet metal sandwiches the link mechanism, increasing overall rigidity and suppressing deformation. Punching precision and feel remain consistent through repeated use, confidently processing demanding materials like stainless steel.
